Ahh, just thinking about fall just makes me all warm and fuzzy inside! Just as with any season change, I always prepare. I've recently gone through + deep cleaned my home, added fall decor, and started cooking my favorite fall dishes! Although the weather isn't exactly "Fall Weather" yet here in Las Vegas, a girl can pretend!

Along with prepping my home for fall, I've also been working on an extensive new collection, "The Free Spirit Collection" that is made up of one of a kind pieces, mineral stones, leather, and gorgeous fall charms. I get a lot of my inspiration from browsing Instagram, Pinterest, + Tumblr. Don't be surprised if at some point a piece I've created SCREAMS your name..you may have been the inspiration behind it!

I am having a special sale to kick off my newest collection, head on over to my Etsy shop to receive 10% off your entire purchase, and if you enter in coupon code SHIP4FREE at checkout, I'll also ship your goods free of charge! (within the US)
Drop a comment below and let me know what you think about my newest jewelry collection!
Until next time,
XO Stef

Pinning to win.

Hi all! I don't know if I've mentioned it before, but I'm slightly addicted to Pinterest. There are so many interesting DIY ideas, recipes, work-out routines, beauty regimes, fashion tips, home interior inspo, art, and SO much more! (As you can see I could go on and on talking about Pinterest) I've decided to do a segment every week featuring my favorite pins from a few of my boards! Whether it's something you are going to use right now or in a few years, it's a good idea to just create a board for it and pin away!

This week I found this pin. It is vitamin water made from delicious fruit, mint, and water! This recipe called for about 10 medium sized strawberry's cut in half, half a lemon (or whole depending on your taste), a sprig of mint, and water/ice. I've been drinking this for about five day now and let me just tell you..I'm HOOKED! Not only is it delicious, it is also so good for you. And those of you trying to lose a few LBS, it is said to enhance the metabolism! Extra + for that! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I am.

I am preparing to move into my own place this year and I couldn't be more excited. I am pinning each and every little detail that I think I may want included in my new home. I love how bright and crisp this kitchen is but it still has a sense of home with the wood floors and blooms all around. Such an inspiring space.

I found this pin a few days ago, but have yet to go out on the hunt for these items. This is a dermatologist recommended list for the top ten must-have beauty products. Some of these are definitely on my list!

This is by far my favorite pin of the week. "Fall in love with as many things as possible." Don't just sit and let life pass you by. Go out and explore what this world has to offer you. You would be surprised at what's out there waiting for you.

Hi dolls! Happy 2014!! I can't tell you how  excited I am for this year. Last year had it's ups & downs but this year I have big plans for myself & my jewelry line, Native Hearts. I'm going to start blogging at least twice a week. Also, I'm going to be posting photos of myself (modeling NH jewels, & my favorite outfits!) I hope you all are as excited as I am about a fresh start this year.

This is a photo of me rocking my native hearts necklaces, a vintage diamond ring I was gifted for Christmas, and a black tassel necklace from the lovely Rebecca at Paint The Town Me! To see more photos visit me on Instagram >> @nativehearts

Friday Home Inspiration

Happy Friday guys! I usually spend my Fridays sleeping in, drinking coffee,  and do a little pinning. I always find inspiration whether it be for my home, my wardrobe, or my jewelry collection. Today I was really inspired to talk about home decor. While I'm staying with my family until I find the perfect place, I've been pinning like crazy trying to find the unique pieces and the right "style" I want my home to have! Below are some of my favorite. Head on over to my Pinterest to see more!

Accent rugs throughout the house are a must, it adds character to a room and it makes large space feel homey.
Throw pillows are great. I love ones with graffics, prints, and embroidery. Put them on your couch, bed, and large chairs throughout the house.
I love the character this kitchen has! It's not only bright & fun, but it's also up-to-date and very functional. I will definitely be adding pops of color to my kitchen.
Every girl has to have a shoe shelf (or bookcase), and this one is perfect because you can also add your handbags and accessories to the shelves to give it a little more personality.
Lastly, you have to have beautiful lighting. I absolutely love the elegance of this chandelier and how the home owner has a rustic headboard to tie in the "Boho Chic" look.

I hope you enjoy this small dose of home decor inspiration!

The Plaid Shirt

Oh..the plaid shirt. The epitome of Fall in my mind. Every year around this time I break out all my plaid button downs to keep cozy on those random (& rare) breezy nights here in Vegas. Although I have plaid for days, I feel as though you can always add to the collection. I thought I would search for some of my favorite plaids of 2013. Check it out & see which one you would add to your closet!

Current Elliot Prep School Shirt - $198 on www.shopplanetblue.com
Plaid Sleeveless Shirt - $14.80 on www.forever21.com
BLANKNYC Long Sleeve Button Up in Cowboy - $79 on www.revolveclothing.com

These are some of my favorite plaids of 2013! You can find plaid anywhere from Good Will to your high end department stores such as Nordstroms. You can't buy style, that's something you have to create on your own. Check below for some inspiration on how to style your plaid.

While it's still fairly warm outside I love pairing my plaid pieces with cut off denim shorts.
Layering plaid is a must! Wear a graffic tee under your plaid & throw on a scarf to finish the look.
Skinny jeans are my absolutely favorite cut. Pair them with plaid & you always have a good outfit.

**Please note that none of these photos are mine, however you can find them all on my "Fashionista" board on www.pinterest.com/nativehearts
